Tea bags
Line designed for the packaging of tea bags coming from specific vertical packaging machines. The plant is based on the products collection, timing, feeding and subsequently packaging. The feeding is completely automatic and the performance depends on the speed of production upstream of the line.
Tomatoes in tray
Line designed for the high-speed packaging of tomatoes in tray. The plant is based on the products collection from spaced rows, the alignment and then the packaging. The feeding is completely automatic and the performance depends on the speed of production upstream of the line.
Dishwasher tablets
Line designed for the high-speed packaging of dishwasher tablets coming from specific presses. The plant is based on the products collection and the packing also with water-soluble heat-shrink films. The feeding is completely automatic and the performance depends on the speed of the press present upstream of the line.
Medical Masks
Line designed for the packaging of medical masks coming from specific machines. The product will be collected, stacked, divided into rows, and then packaged in flow packs machines. Feeding is completely automatic. The masks can be packaged individually or in rows on request. Performance depends on the quantity of mask machine present upstream of the line.
Rice cakes
Line designed for the packaging of rice cakes coming from specific presses. The product will be collected, stacked, divided into multipiece rows and packaged in flow packs machines. The feeding is completely automatic and the performance depends on the quantity of presses present upstream of the line.
Sandwich cookies
Line designed for the high-speed packaging of sandwich cookies. The feeding is completely automatic as well as the forming and the filling of the cookies. Packaging can take place both for the single product and for multipack products.
Chocolates
Line designed for the high-speed packaging of chocolate-covered bakery products coming from suitable cooling tunnels. The plant is based on the products collection from spaced rows, the alignment and then the packaging. The feeding is completely automatic and the performance depends on the speed of production upstream of the line.
