Vacuum Cheese Wheels Packaging

Line designed for vacuum and shrink packaging of whole wheels of sheep’s milk cheese.

Manual loading of the molds onto the special feeding belt is planned. The forms are transported to the vacuum bell where the air is removed and the wrapper sealed. Next, the wrapped forms are automatically fed in pairs into the heat shrink tunnel.

Heat treatment in the tunnel allows the excess film to adhere completely to the product, ensuring optimal packaging and enhanced protection.

Feeding is handled with an initial manual intervention to place the products on the belt, while the subsequent vacuum and heat shrink stages are fully automatic. Productivity depends on the speed of the vacuum cycle and the manual feeding rate.
